Shipping

Orders are processed when credit card authorization and/or bank deposit has cleared. Admin and shipping is done Monday-Friday. Orders shipped via Courier Post may take a minimum of 7 days to be delivered (Monday through Friday, not including weekends & holidays). Please note that once a parcel has left our hands, the timeframe for delivery is out of our control. We are happy to assist with following the parcel up and will support where we can. Due to the COVID pandemic there may be significant delays at different times.

If you need your item urgently, just make contact with us and let us know. We cannot guarantee quick delivery but it may be possible.

Delays can happen due to poor weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. will be processed on the following Monday.

Orders over $200 are shipped for a $10 flat shipping fee!
