To make fundraising with our products even easier, Glow Sticks LTD offer a sale or return policy on all glowsticks sold.
Glow Sticks LTD will buy back any* glow sticks which are inside 'unopened' Tubes/Packets. So, if you overstock for a particular event, we'll happily refund you for returned glow sticks. Any postal/courier costs incurred by sending the glow sticks back to us is at the customers expense. Returned glow sticks will be refunded at the price which they were purchased, however if this causes a change in 'bulk prices', products price will be ammended.
For example: You have ordered 1100 5mm bracelets at the price of $0.12 each, the price for 1000+, then returned 300, dropping quantitiy purchased back to 800, the price per stick will then be increased to $0.14, the 500+ price.

*Unfortunately, due to abuse of this service (people drastically over-ordering and returning up to 90% of their orders) we have now limited the maximum return size to 40% of the original order. Minimum return value is $50. Keep in mind that our Glowsticks have at least 11 months (up to 2 years in some cases) of shelf life, so you can use them at other events!
