- Our review system has proved very popular. Since it started in 2008 we have amassed well over 150 product reviews from our customers. Product reviews are great because they let others know what a prior customer experienced. In nearly all cases the reviews have been 5-star; however we also appreciate non-5-star reviews as they let us know where we could be doing better, and often how our couriers are performing! Placing a review is easy; about 10 days after your goods have arrived you'll receive an e-mail from us with links to place the review!
